We can install a rapid setting screed that can be laid from 5mm up to 80mm in a single pour, perfect for renovation projects where walls have been removed and a difference in floor heights have been uncovered. Laser leveled datum markers guarantee precision when we are pumping the floor into place.
The rapid set allows foot traffic after 2-4 hours, and tiling within 24hours with no extra preparation.
If you’re extending your home we offer the thinnest possible floating screed at just 25mm over insulation, or 32mm if you have UFH installed.
